Can I workout everyday if I do different muscle groups each day?

Hello, I’m 14 years of age and just started lifting weights. In my circumstances I’m just doing dumbbells of about 5kg. Right after my workouts I’m not sore but I know my workout does push my muscles to wear simply because they harm following carrying out my rep sets and and so on. I’m just pondering can I workout everyday if I butt diverse muscle groups every day I workout?

just take of two nonconsecutive days per week, and your body will adore you forever. take off like, saturday and wednesday or some thing. its not worth it to break yourself trying to get robust. its kinda oxymoronish no?
